When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through our authentication provider (Clerk). We do not store your password — authentication is handled by our third-party provider.

1.2 OnlyFans Account Data

When you connect your OnlyFans account through our Chrome extension, we collect and sync the following data to provide our CRM services:

  • Your OnlyFans creator profile information (username, display name, avatar)
  • Fan/subscriber profiles and metadata
  • Message history between you and your fans
  • Spending and subscription data associated with your fans
  • Vault media metadata and content performance data

Important: Your OnlyFans authentication credentials (cookies, tokens) are used only within the Chrome extension to authenticate requests. They are encrypted and never shared with third parties.

1.3 AI Chat Data

When you use our KittyAI chat service, we collect the messages you send and the AI-generated responses. This data is used to provide the service, maintain conversation history, and improve response quality.

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, and timestamps.

1.5 Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Sync and display your OnlyFans creator data within our CRM
  • Generate AI-powered reply suggestions and content

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

OnlyFans data synced to our CRM is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation or account deletion, this data is permanently deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
